RACHEL GOULD

Junior Transaction Coordinator

Rachel brings a rare mix of precision, efficiency, and real estate know-how to her role at Scalable. Raised in a family of Realtors, she’s been immersed in the business since childhood—answering phones, sitting in on open houses, and helping run her mother’s brokerage. With both her mother and sister leading their own firms, Rachel saw early on the challenges of the industry and the reward of helping people find a home.

She went on to spend fifteen years in federal service, specializing in international relations and high-level task management. Known for anticipating needs and delivering results under pressure, she rose to oversee complex projects with increasing responsibility. When she returned to work after raising her son, transaction coordination was a natural fit—combining her organizational expertise with the industry she’s always considered home.

Get to know Rachel

A graduate of the University of Florida, Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors in 2002, along with a certificate in International Relations and minors in History and German. She is proud to pair her academic and professional foundation with her passion for real estate, bringing both structure and heart to every transaction.

Outside of work, Rachel thrives on exploration—both in daily life and through her ever-changing hobbies. While reading and camping remain her constants, she has dabbled in everything from rock climbing and craft beer brewing to macramé, wood carving, and birding. A lover of travel, she hopes to take her family on a future adventure to Japan to see Mt. Fuji (and indulge her son’s Pokémon enthusiasm).

Rachel is also deeply rooted in family life. She loves being a mom and supporting her son’s many passions—from Cub Scouts and soccer to his fascination with military history. She and her husband, whom she met on the ultimate frisbee field, have shared more than a decade of adventures together, whether traveling abroad or enjoying a quiet night at home.

Though she grew up as a military brat moving from place to place, Rachel has called Northern Virginia home for over 20 years. Along with her family, she cherishes their community, their memories of their sweet cat Ella, and the possibility of adding new furry members to the household soon.
