I am pleased to announce this exciting news today. I want to personally thank you for your loyalty to Scalable Real Estate Solutions. As you know, we value our relationships with you and see ourselves as your partner in this business. In that regard, it has been our desire to position the company in the market as a leader of Transaction Coordination Services, and in doing so, we've made an important decision that will catapult Scalable RES's standing as the leading TC service company in years to come!
The Virtual Advantage ("TVA") and Scalable Real Estate Solutions ("ScalableRES"), providers of real estate transaction coordination and listing services, are pleased to announce their merger. Effective today, the companies will combine business operations in the coming year. Nothing will change for your day-to-day transaction coordination services, including your TC contact.
You WILL see better marketing, more effective systems, and more resources. The level of service both of these companies are known for will only increase and improve!
