Scalable RES COVID-19 Update
Updated: Apr 9, 2020
To all of our REALTORS® and RE support pros - we will prevail! While the real estate market is affected by social distancing, quarantining, and shut downs - we would like to share useful information for our clients to avoid any feelings of confusion and anxiety we, within the real estate world, may be feeling. Therefore, below, you will find a list of actions that title companies, REALTOR® associations, and other real estate related businesses are taking during this time, listed all in one place, as they come in to us.
Additionally check out our individual blog posts with forms and verbiage from the below companies.
Hopefully, Scalable RES, being a virtual company, and the fact that we are used to working remotely, can give you a sense of peace and composure during COVID-19. Feeling unsure? Feel free to reach out, we will try and help in any way that we can. We will all get through this together. This is a new course to navigate for us all, and the sense of community that the real estate world can offer is immense. In these unprecedented times, we must lean on each other and not forget that this, too, shall pass.

NOTE: Some title companies are switching back and forth on how they're allowed to conduct settlements etc. (ie. using e-notary and then a few days later not being allowed to anymore.) We are seeing some companies no longer being allowed to use notarycam.com or notarize.com. However, they are able to sign with one of the Attorneys using Zoom.
Please feel free to go to each company's unique website or our blog posts to review specifics.
Furthermore, if your company has any updates you'd like us to post that would be helpful to others within the industry, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can.
Thank you, and stay safe.
