Position: Transaction Coordinator

We implement a high touch service-oriented checklist system to ensure accuracy & efficiency. Through technology, personal communication and self-discipline, we provide a superior level of service in a high paced environment that requires ethical problem-

solving skills where honest hard-working characteristics are honored above everything.


  • Oversee the administrative process from the point of ratification through settlement.

  • Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process. (Coordinate Broker, title/escrow, mortgage loan, appraisal processes, and property inspections.)

  • Keep all parties to the contract updated on the progress. Advise clients when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.

  • Maintains online files and facilitates the archiving process.

Key Tasks:

  • Obtain and review contract paperwork

  • Deliver all closing/title notices and documentation to the client

  • Set up contract-to-closing file

  • Submit all paperwork to client’s brokerage

  • Establish communication with all parties, and notify them on timetable to closing

  • Facilitate and confirm loan application process

  • Coordinate and schedule inspections

  • Monitor all contingency milestones (EMD, HOA, Inspections, Appraisals, and Financing)

  • Schedule and coordinate closing process

Additional Notes:

  • 1‐2 years minimum experience in the Real Estate Industry (past TC or assistant experience a plus!).

  • Knowledge of Real Estate forms & abbreviations

  • Real Estate license preferred, but not required

  • 100% Telecommuting job

  • Must own and maintain PC/laptop

  • Must have reliable internet connection

  • Must be Tech savvy
