Cris brings a sharp analytical mindset and a talent for learning quickly in fast-moving environments. As ScalableRES’ Database and Client Care Manager, he supports clients by managing their Follow Up Boss database, running email campaigns, coordinating events, and handling research. With a background in Physics from the University of the Philippines and experience in CSR, operations, and data analytics, he naturally gravitates toward systems thinking and believes that data reinforces decisions.
Flexible, resourceful, and always building something better, Cris thrives in environments where systems are evolving. His goal is to develop efficient processes and automations that help realtors scale with ease. He’s driven by the idea of turning one effort into exponential impact — guided by a simple philosophy: “Work in silence, let your achievements speak for you.”

Outside of work, Cris keeps life balanced by making time for the things he loves. He enjoys gaming, traveling, and spending time with the two biggest supporters in his life — his partner, Dan, and their beloved pug, Souei. Souei is convinced he’s the real boss of the household, and honestly… Cris isn’t arguing.
When he’s not building systems or automations, Cris is daydreaming about finally exploring the world — with New Zealand sitting firmly in the “one day soon” category. Until then, he’s stacking wins, leveling up in life (and in games), and taking things one system, one milestone, and one pug cuddle at a time.
