ALISON STALLMAN
Licensed Transaction Coordinator
Alison is Scalable’s DC licensed transaction coordinator. She enjoys the real estate industry and loves playing a part in the major life decision of buying or selling a home. Alison values communication as it is essential to have a smooth transaction. She says it’s her responsibility to make Realtor’s jobs easier and hopes to continue to expand on her real estate knowledge while working at ScalableRES.
Alison gained a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Management from Elizabethtown College. She then began her professional career as an executive assistant at a boutique real estate firm in Washington DC. After several years she decided to take the leap and become a transaction coordinator full-time. Working as a TC gives her a new perspective on the industry and is transitioning to working at home and learning a new position.
Alison lives with her boyfriend, Brandon, and their fur-baby, a dog named King. She enjoys traveling, baking, and being an aunt. Alison is close with her family, her father (retired army), mother, and brother (who she calls her best friend). Her mother is her inspiration as she is a cancer-survivor. Alison’s mom is from Germany so Alison is a dual citizen - USA and Germany!
