Her real estate career began as an executive assistant at a boutique brokerage in Washington, DC, where a mentor agent taught her the ins and outs of contracts and encouraged her to pursue her license. From there, Alison quickly worked her way up to office manager before joining Scalable Real Estate Solutions as a Transaction Coordinator.

For Alison, real estate is more than paperwork — it’s about impact. She’s grateful for the chance to support agents while still enjoying the flexibility to be present with her family. At home, Alison’s world revolves around her husband, Brandon, their son Brooks (born May 2023), and their two dogs, Duke and Bailey.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her baking, practicing Pilates, or enjoying walks with her pups. She treasures travel, with a favorite memory being a trip to Trinidad and Tobago, where she experienced her husband’s roots and connected with his family. On her bucket list? Greece, Hawaii, and Australia.
