Alicia is the visionary Founder and CEO of ScalableRES, a fearless leader with a knack for turning big ideas into real-world impact. Equal parts powerhouse executive and self-proclaimed “ultimate klutz,” she’s proof that you can be both highly accomplished and authentically human.
Known as the “work-in-your-PJs guru,” Alicia built ScalableRES with a clear mission: to create meaningful, flexible careers for women—empowering them to spend more time with their families while thriving professionally. Under her leadership, ScalableRES has grown into a global network of transaction coordinators and specialists, united by a strong culture of collaboration, support, and excellence—despite being scattered across the map.

Alicia’s expertise is rooted in a career that spans industries and leadership roles. She earned her Associate’s in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College. Her early career began in accounting, but her entrepreneurial spirit quickly pulled her into real estate, where she wore every hat imaginable—broker, principal broker, team leader, and co-owner of a successful real estate team. She also brought her skills to the tech product marketing and life insurance sectors, broadening her perspective and sharpening her ability to innovate.
Beyond her role as CEO, Alicia is a lifelong learner and storyteller at heart. An unapologetic bookworm, she’s constantly reading (and re-reading), drawing inspiration from literature like The Death of Ivan Ilyich, which reminds her to live with clarity and intention. She’s also an avid traveler, curious explorer, and devoted animal lover—sharing her life with her husband Brad, two dogs (Chico and Destiny), and three African Grey parrots (Nikki, Olivier, and Jaida).
