ALICIA BROWN
CEO
Alicia is Scalable RES’ CEO, fearless leader and self-proclaimed “ultimate clutz.” As a “work in your PJs guru” she wanted the ability to work from anywhere; become a digital nomad. She built ScalableRES to make a difference in others’ lives by providing a career for women where they can spend more time with family, thus accomplishing this goal with ScalableRES. She continues to grow the company and is developing a meaningful culture within Scalable despite Scalable’s coordinators and specialists being scattered across the globe.
Alicia graduated Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate’s in Business Administration. Prior to founding ScalableRES Alicia began in the accounting industry. Within Real Estate, she has been a broker, prinicipal broker, team leader, and co-owned a real estate team. She has also worked in tech product marketing as well as marketing within the life insurance industry. She is passionate about real estate and transaction coordination, and that is evident in her business.
Outside of Scalable Alicia is an avid reader, traveler and avid reader (again). Did we mention she likes to read? She proclaims that the book, “The Death of Ivan Lynch,” is a big inspiration to her life. In addition to reading, Alicia loves to send time with her Rottweiler/ daughter Eva and her husband Brad.
